Mrs. Phillips serves children in preschool through third grade who want to grow as readers. She works with families who homeschool, as well as with students in private and public schools. In-person reading tutoring is offered in downtown Melbourne, Florida. Online tutoring using the Barton Reading and Spelling System is offered to children everywhere!
